Shocking Quality products

I purchased a pair of Bradford shoes and an Edgars branded belt, I sent R650 for both items and i am disgusted with how poor the quality of these products are, I have had the shoes for a month and they are already falling apart and the belt broke as well after the \Leather"tore where the buckle is connected after a few days. <br> When i took the shoes and belt back they said they cannot refund without a slip (understandable) but Edgards is the ONLY store/group in SA that stock these items. I even showed one of the staff the exact same items on their shelves but they seemed to brush it off and reverted back like record player saying \""they cannot refund or swap without the slip\"".<br> <br> I have noticed numerous complaints about the poor quality of stock in edgards stores and am wondering how they can allow this. It is really not what i expected from such a reputable group or at least WAS a reputable group. """
