Shocking on line delivery service

I placed and paid for an on line order on the 18th May 2020, to date I have not yet received my parcel. I have used many other companies for on line orders and the maximum delivery time was three days. This is just the most pathetic service, will never ever use Edgars on line to every purchase anything and will share this with everyone I know

Thank you for your prompt response. I have gone onto Fast & Furious tracking site, when I enter the tracking number - it responds "no tracking data available". Please advise
