Shocking Customer Service

The Worst customer service Experience I went to the Edgars in Blue Route mall on Saturday to buy my cosmetics , the Sales assistant at the Estee Lauder counter was extremely out of her depths she was not fami**** with the brand and very evasive , I asked whether she could check if Adderley Street branch or Canal walk was open she said she didn't know I then asked her to check with another colleague she rep**** if she doesn't know they wouldn't either . She was extremely distracted and walked away from me twice to speak to someone else . I asked her to order moisturizer a month ago I received no feedback to date and she couldn't even recall that I ordered it . I am so disappointed in the customer service it is honestly going from bad to worse .
