Shocking Behaviour

I was just called by edgars, *** by a pumi or thumi. She is interrupting MY time and taking her time blabbing on about recording the calls. As im busy at work I said yes what is this call about? As in get t the point. she screams at me \what do u mean what is this call about??\" Obvioously Im now furious at her disgusting attitude so I shouted back with the B word and she puts the phone down. Please explain to me why Edgars call centre thinks its ok to not only waste my time with stupid cals before even getting to the point of the call, but also to be disgusting and rude when I ask you to hurry up. Did I ask for the call? NO. Shame on you. Train your staff better Call centre is customer service"
