<p>I paid up my account on the 26th of August and overpaid by an amount of R600! I have been waiting since then for my funds to be given back to me! My last mail received was to say my Refund has been approved! Since when do I need approval for monies owing to me!!! It's my money!! and to add insult to injury the refund will take 7 days after I received a mail a couple of weeks ago to advise that my refund has been sent for processing!! This company must have systems from the arch ages!!! The CEO's PA does not even respond to mails sent to her! </p> <p>I want my money today! I do not want to wait 7 days!!!</p>
