Shocked: Excellent service (The grove)
<p>I Had a query, and emailed head office. The grove called me and without hesitation told me to bring my faulty products back to the store and exchange it for anything else. I have never experienced such excellent client service before! </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done. </p>
