****TY SEVICE AT KEY WEST EDGARS

On the 29 Nov my husband brought a BAD BOY watch at Key West Edgars for my sons Chrismas Party On the 8 of December Thursday my son opened his pretend he only had his watch for two days then the arms inside the watch went lose, Vryday afternoon we went back to Edgars and what a mess the lady that help us Evanne at Key West Edgars had such a bad attitude she kept on saying that my son broke the watch and that she can only help us next years, THERE WHERE ONLY A SMALL SRACH ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TRAP THE REST OF THE WATCH STILL LOOKS BRAND NEW!!!!! My husband paid R500 for this watch and the watch is still under warenty Edgars at Key West should really try to learn how to treat costumers well is there Any one who kan help me ragarding my son watch!!!!!!
