Shameful Service Edgars

I cannot believe that it takes a company like Edgars 5 months to close an account. Despite visiting in store twice, calling every couple of weeks, sending complaints etc my account is still open and I am being billed for insurance and club fees. They now have the cheek to tell me that they are handing me over. Whenever you send an email or call they say they will get back to me within 48 hours but this has not happened as yet! Absolutely despicable service!
