Shameful Edgars Service

Edgars Centurion has the worst customer care!! While standing in a long line to purchase an R800 gift voucher for a friend, I enquired on where the customer care was. I was laughed at and told to wait in line as this paypoint was the customer care. Thereafter the staff at the till point made comments and laughed. What a pity my friend chose an Edgars voucher for I would gladly would have spent it at Woolworths instead. Wake up Edgars staff and go learn from your competitors!! Your attitude and service makes customers feel unwelcome!!
