Shameful and pathetic customer service

What a shameful and pathetic customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have been calling and emailing just for a mere statement I even lost count how many consultants I spoke to I still can't receive the correct statement I am requesting this is so embarrassing, disappointing and frustrating too. I really cannot believe it. Unless they are intentionally hiding something from their books.
