Shame on you Edgars

I spoke to lovely lady who said my account was now closed as I paid up in full and requested the account to be closed. This was in May 2020, I have no job thanks to Covid and all of a sudden I am getting statements from Edgars that I owe them my Club fee, Funeral polices etc. When I called them today ( 13.08.2020 ) I am told that they only had communication with me in 2012!!! And that my account is still open and I have to pay!!! I am furious!!

I cannot pay this ridiculous amount for absolutely nothing!
