Sewn shut Jockey boxer underwear
I purchased the *** SS19 3PK teal grey check WB on 18/07/2020, these are Jockey cotton Boxers, the front slot is sewn shut on all three pairs of boxers. The issue here is that I experienced the same problem with my former purchase done at Edgars at Centurion and Menlyn, I asked them to report the anomaly to the manufacturer but alas the issue still persists. I now have three pairs of boxers I cannot use due to the anomaly, since I opened the pack in haste and discarded the original packaging I couldn't return them due to store policies.

02 Aug 2020, 17:53Steven the store manager from Edgars Menlyn contacted me and asked me to come they'll address my issue, and Rhandzu from sales took it upon herself to take the issue forward with the representative from jockey. They exchanged the underwear and truly appreciate their understanding, hopefully the manufacturer will sort the issue at the source.
