settlement letter

Good day, I called head office yesterday 26 June to ask for settlement letter I spoke to Karen I have been waiting and decided to call again today the 27th they told me that no call was logged for my request and i specified that i need the letter before COB today and Gloria or Glory who ever she is told me that i will be sent to me in 20 minutes when i called to do a followup now i was told it takes time to get the letter i have to wait do you think i enjoy getting call before 7 in the morning because i owe you? can i please have the settlement letter and you wont hear from me again
