Settlement Letter
\I paid up my account on Monday and called the call centre for my settlement letter as I need it for my home loan application. The answering machine on the other side indicated that I will be getting my settlement letter shortly and I'm still waiting. What more is it that you guys need. I need this letter as in like yesterday. Do better with your service man."
