Settlement
Good Day<br> <br> I had an account with Edgars and was unemployed for three months and was unable to pay my account. <br> When I got a job I managed to settled my account as I was given discount and got a paid up letter. Wanting to use the account again, I went to the store to re-open it however it was pending. On the system it shows that I have an active account with outstanding balances of which it later it got declined.... Called the Financial Department today and the agent told me that I don't have an account with Edgars and should go back to the store for further assistance, I have been doing run-arounds with this account and not getting to the conclusion, Kindly assist**
