Services added without consent and after I phoned to cancel

I am very unhappy with the services of Edgar's. Each time I phone on to cancel their add on service such as Edgar's club service. They continue to add them on my account without my consent. This is utter nonsense. They are just making me pay for service which I did not want or agree to. If it's done to me, how many other are falling victim to this.
