What the heck There is no way of jotting down my frustration, disappointment and disgust towards this retail shop. Been an account holder for over 25years on a 6mnt plan. And so out of the blue Im on a 20mnth payback plan. no communication what so ever. When you go to the shops to enquire they put you on the phone to speak to their fly-by-night customer services. With agents you does not know whether they come or go, have no idea how their system work. Answer from a script whether its related or not. Whenever a "supervisor" is needed the call gets cut. I just want to make it easy for Retailability or "Retainabilty", please contact me so we can discuss the closure of my account. The amount owned by me(bought in Dec 2020 for R1300) on the 6month interest fee. IM NOT PAYING ANY EXTRA COMPULSARY(for and by who) FEES I DIDNT SIGN UP FOR. You definitely losing me as a client and more to follow from what ive seen and notice in your shops, People are angry.
