Service nightmare

On 12/11/2024 I sent an email to edg*******, asking for a settlement amount to close my account. Today is 26/11/2024, no one has responded to my request.

I've asked for the closure of the account since the introduction of the R28 monthly service fee that popped out of nowhere. It'd appear that they are making it difficult to close the account.
