Service fee ****

Rcs please explain why do I have to pay a R30 extra onto my account whether there is an outstanding balance or if its paid up. What service fee is this, for the plastic card or paying off the purchase fee from Edcon? None of your instore staff or customer service reps can explain it. Only that its RCS rules. I did not sign up for that! Imagine how many pple are getting charged R30 across the country, all the paid up acts (where you pay for a service on a card...) nice racket , better than a pyramid scheme. Well done RCS!
