service fee on paid up account

Beware of Edgars. They charge a service fee of R23 every month even though your account is paid up to date. So you can never really be out of debt as they force you to pay them a so called \service\" fee. This is more like a ******** fee to make money from you. I cant understand how a service fee can be charged on a settled account as they need not to provide any service? Money making scheme proudly brought to you by Edgars. No other accounts I have paid in full has done this before."
