Service fee charge on zero owed!

I haven't purchased anything this year and paid off all my outstanding amounts. Then comes this week and RCS emails me outstanding amount for service fees, R119.20.... Now I have to pay that before I can close my account and if I don't pay it more charges will a cure on my account! I find this as terrible customer service and a new money making scheme and Edgars is the biggest culpret of them all. Their clothes are expensive and doesn't last and then they charge you when you are on zero balance.
