service cellphone

Just had the most horrible service and experience ever from Edgars Southgate. My phone went for repairs on the 20April up until today no phone with horrible service. I was told to come get a new phone and just the difference for the Sony on MTN but I was given the phone on Vodacom which I did not not want. I was told that I will be refunded seeing that they dont have the phone on MTN but that was just a lie I was told that Priscilla the manager will get hold of the buyers and planhers to get the phone for me but was called later by Priscilla telling me that they cant get the phone. So from 20 April till today still dont have a phone. This the customer service that you get from Edgars Southgate and a manager that keeos telling lies.
