I have been a customer for years now and I cannot provide one positive experience. I paid 10k on my account to square it but not even a month later my o/s balance was 3k and my monthly installment went from R800 pm to R2500 and now 3K pm. How is that possible? my o/s balance kept increasing which hasn't made any sense as I was hardly purchasing on my account. I haven't received a statement from edgars in 2years where I can check and see why my o/s balance is increasing and why my installment is so high. I need assistance and feedback in this regards as I will have to close this account because the more I try to settle it the more my balance seems to be increasing. Your interest rates is ridiculous, I have been paying for edgars club for 5years and haven't benefited once from it.
