I was so confused yesterday I went to vanderbijlpark Edgars wanted to pay my account with my id which I always do, the lady who was helping me refused to help me, she said she cannot find my account number with my Id she sent me to a queue where I waited 4 30 min or so,I left there without paying my account, please consistency so we can know not to pay our accounts if we don't have our card, now I have to go another branch so I can get help
