Sending me incorrect information, no statement!!

During the month of November, I have received two e-mails threatening to have my account escalated to debt collectors.<br> The last statement of account I received from Edcon was in September, where I was asked to pay an installment of R 380.00.<br> I have been paying a balance of R500.00 every month towards this account and have not used my account since August.<br> I have e-mailed Edcon twice stating that payment was made and proof of payment is forwarded to [Email Removed]<br> I have received no feedback from Edcon with regards to my account queries!!<br> Today I received another threatening e-mail from Sue-ellen asking me to pay R 700.00, yet I have not received a statement for two months now yet I pay regardless!!<br> I want to know what is going on with my account. I am starting to suspect ********* activity on my account. <br> If I receive one more threat from Sue-ellen without any response to the e-mails I have sent, I will take this matter further!!
