Second time here and the service is worse than before

I am currently standing with my Mom in the cosmetics section and all these cosmetic consultants are staring at me...am I going to get service or not...or do I have to beg. This is the second time I come here...the service gets worse by each visit. You need to get your staff to wake up and start working because this nonsense is unacceptable.
