Second request for Settlement letter

It’s been a couple of days and I still haven’t heard anything from edgars despite being told an enquiry has been opened and they will get back to me.

A simple request to have my name cleared because I did settle the account with the debt collectors. This was last year in October and soon as I paid the calls stopped but someone forgot to them clear my name.

When I call edgars I am told nothing of mine appears in their system. Then I was told to call RCS, first thing you need to do is to put in your ID number or account number and when I do that the response is they do not have my account.

So please tell me what is it that I am supposed to do?

I just need a settlement letter.
