Searched by security on leaving store
I entered the Edgars store carrying two packets with purchases from other shops. No one stopped me to check my bags. After browsing through the store, as I was about to exit the store the security guard approached me and asked to see inside my bags. I was totally taken aback and therefore allowed him. There was no reason to stop me, there were no alarms going off, there was no sign saying random checks take place. I will not be shopping in Edgars again if they treat customers in this way.
