**** PROMOTION!
16 November I received a sms from Edgars saying " 600 Edgars Voucher up for grabs! Spend 600 or more til 25 Nov and get 600 back to use on your next purchase of 600 and more" Soooo... I spend my R600, on the 24 Nov and waiting and waiting for this voucher.. Nothing.. it seems like it was a ****!!!! Calling customer Experience spoke to Carol Rummusa she gave me a Ref number saying I can call back next week Friday, I may or may not get my voucher. Carol made me feel like I lie-ing about this.. This whole promotion was a ****.. :( As a loyal customer for years I'm thinking actually to close my account and not ever buy anything from Edgars ever again.
