**** adding ********** transactions to account

I received September statement and noticed there was a purchase of R135 unaccounted for and they cannot find it in their system.When I enquired was told to go to police station to get affidavit and some other documents in order for them to investigate the purchase.How pathetic,why would I be inconvenienced for their **** of adding balances to customers account .No one can pick up that transaction yet its on my statement.I want that transaction reversed .
