<p>I wanted to open an account at edgars. I was helped by Craig which opened my account. I explained to him that I only want to do this if there was no monthly premium and I want to build up my credit record, The problem was that he did not explain any terms and conditions to mysef and he told me that after the account has been opened he will explain everything to me. I started to notice that he gave me insurace plan, club card and all the extras when it came down to signing, On that electronic board i saw that there is a monthly premium of R60 for the club card. I asket him what is this for and he said that he alreaddy explained this to me . I have connected the dots that he tried to sell something to me wile i was unaware of the conditions and he guy Craig just wanted his commision.</p>
