Saying non payment when I have paid my account numerous times and now it negatively impacts my credit score??

I opened an Edgars account last year, After I opened the account I Traveled oversees for a while, when I was away my account got blocked for some reason, when I returned I made a few Big instalments on my account, my monthly payment was something like R360 per month, but I have been making large sum payments of 1500+, now I do a credit check on myself and I see Edgars is saying my account is more than 150 days behind? How is this possible? I spent 2 weeks in communication with your support teams trying to figure out why my EFT's would not go through, so I could not make payments when I was away? Urgent assistance is required as this is unacceptable!!!

Good day, I know those payments were received because I had to go into the store and pay, I am complaining about the fact that my credit score is being affected due to little to no support from you accounts and support teams when I was away and could not get to a store.... Also I received an email statement this morning saying that my balance is over 2000, thus meaning your accounts have nor processed the payment in January??? Please advise,
