I managed to overpay Edgars during the RCS takeover. I was not receiving information on the account and I was trying to keep my account up to date. And I overpaid. Now I have been battling to get hold of anyone to advise what is going on with my account. I submitted all the relevant documents and information and now it's just gone quite. I've called numerous times and sent emails etc etc and nothing. This is just not right. If I missed a payment, I would have been called in a flash. I find it very unprofessional.
