On the 28.7.20 at Lunch time i went to Edgars Pavillion to exchange 1 Blouse. We were about 15 people waiting and they had 2 tellers. After 20min i asked if they can call the Manager or Supervisor to assist us in the delay. The 1 lady Zinhle made an attempt to dial. After 5 min nobody arrived as yet. So myself and another lady asked where is the manager or Supervisor is- then with a bad attitude we were told they dont know where they are nor how to get hold of them? and continue to ignore our request. Finally the Manager Cammie arrived, and as we explained to her it is lunch time and they can take 4 teller and not just 2 and her staff say they cant get hold of her she was surprise as apparently they know how? and there must be a 3rd teller. i asked her to ask her staff before i leave that i need to understand why her staff would say that and where is the 3rd teller. But the manager Cammie could not answer me nor did the other 2 apologize for the rude manner. I do understand time but help and friendliness is different.
