Samsung a24

I bought a samsung galaxy a24, the phone was faulty on the 8th day, i called Samsung and was told to book it in for repairs at Sandton City Mall Vodacom, I called to follow up on the status of my phone, they told me that i have to pay 7k for a new board, the phone price is about 4k, it's still not fixed I have never been so dissapointed about a samsung device for i have been trusting it my whole life. . . .
