Sales item incorrectly Priced

Good day Edgars.

On Friday the 4th of October i went a purchased T-shirts at the East Rand Mall branch. these T-shirts where under a banner that states"SALE 50 OR UNDER" & "SALE 20 OR UNDER"

after waiting 30 minutes at the till while the cashiers tried to figure out there own stores promotions??, I ended up getting R20 rand off each T-Shirt. as i was told it's the 'X-Press promotion" and it's 20 rand off....

At this point i couldn't be bothered to argue with he tiller.

However i am very disappointed at the edgers staff for firstly not knowing what promotions they are running and secondly bad/false advertising.

As the sign above the clothes rack did NOT say "R20 off" it said 20 or under..,.

I did use your contact us form on Friday evening and i have YET to receive a response from it. so i ma hoping though this platform i can get some clarification.

If needed i have pictures of the racks in question and my till slip showing everything. I would like some clarification on this matter. as either i was overcharged by a total of R120 rand. OR your sales team at ERM need to learn how to print signage properly as the sale was VERY misleading.

i am not wondering how many other customers have had to complain about this very incident
