Hello miasmith,

Our attempt to contact you at 01:20 PM was unsuccessful

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please be advised, should the item that you purchased have the price tag underneath and it is not scratched out with a pen, you can take a picture and provide us with this proof, along with your contact details on the email address:*** and we will ensure you are refunded the difference between the lower and the higher price points. However, should the price tag underneath be scratched out, the above price tag applies.

As is common practice in a retail market, with rising fuel cost and inflation, Edgar's has had to increase prices of selected merchandise. This required Edgar's to re-ticket merchandise during the course of the trading season. Price increases were implemented well ahead of the Edgars promotional activities. Therefore the perception that price increases were implemented just prior to the promotions, is incorrect and any confusion was not at all intended.
