Safety in the store

27 October 2020 @ about 17h00 and 17h46 my wife went to pay her account in Edgars Southgate Branch, mistakenly she forgot her phone on the counter, a client behind her took the phone, after less than 7 minutes she went back to check as she didn't walk around the shop, the cashier there by the name of Ntobeko wasnt helpful at first she told her there was one client before her then say it was morethan one, long story short, a branch Manager by the name of Mekia was informed went to check the cameras but sadly he would assist any further the client that came after my wife was there to pay her account which means they have here information, but sadley the Manager couldnt assist in getting the clients number and or call her to bring the phone as he tell us that he is not able to get the clients information on thier Systems let alone let us see the cameras, by 17h50 we were told to go to the police knowing that they will be closing before we come ba k with the police, that made us feel unsafe in thier store, what kind of a service is that, i will be closing my account with this store, they arent helping in time of need.
