Run away from Edgars. Edgars is the worst

Edgars and RCS are truly the worst! I’ve had my account for 8 years and quite honestly now I’m done with them. Disgusting doesn’t even start. I pay my account via eft cause they closed all the branches around me and cut off their parter retail stores. I told them my pay date has changed but I still made the payment. Now again I’m bogged by their pathetic and useless RCS consultants who when they call ask me for my details. Quite stupid. Why can’t you update your system. I went today to the store to pay ab additional amount. Guess what it says “Do not honour”. This is why you had a huge financial meltdown. Because you are useless. Then when I pay you send a stupid message telling me I have credit to buy with. The last time I bought with you was in 2022 in May. And you will never see my money again. Trust me I’m closing my account. You are the worst and I pity your employees because they suffer because of your incompetence. Pathetic and worthless
