Rude staff and useless company

Went to Edgars Centurion Mall today. I stood in the queue for nearly 10 minutes while there was 2 cashiers one was ringing up the clothes and the other one was packing it in a bag. They looked at us but didn't help anyone else. Eventually someone else came saying they don't know how to work the system. Then another person came and when I wanted to check my Thank U points they said it is no longer accepted!! He said that they have been told that it's no longer in use and we cannot use the points we have. How is this possible!!! You then *****ing from us and it is just acceptable. No wonder Edcon is having difficulty, the service is shocking and then you *****ing from your clients as well. This is outrageous. You have just lost 2 more clients.
