Rude, obnoxious, bumbling, sick, bully

This is surely the most insensitive, arrogant, rude, obnoxious, uncaring bunch of imbeciles I have ever encountered. The manager and MR Adrian ...He insists on being addressed at MR, is the most pompous individual I met. He is so rude, defending his staff for holding me hostage and claiming that his staff member is a star, won awards for his friendliness and is the best employee there!!! He doesn't want to hear how I was treated, nor attend to the complaint. I have a recording of his attitude. I told him I'm recording it because they were holding me hostage at the door and not allowing me inside to shop. They obviously have no women in their lives, no mother especially because of the way they can treat someone who is fit to be their mother. Or maybe he was raised this way to be an obnoxious, bully!
