Rude & inconsiderate

Well done to Lyshon from RCI Edgars call centre. Outta the blue Lyshon calls me, says he is from RCI & then asks me for my ID number. I ask him, I can't just give you my ID number, what's it in connection with?

Lyshon then rudely says, go in to your nearest Edgars to see why RCI is calling you & puts the phone down.

I'm sure you can verify this with your recordings Edgars? Rude & very inconsiderate considering all the security risks in today's world.
