rude,dishonest and unidentified stuff

I was insulted and shouted at by the security guy with no name tag in full view of other customers and stuff only because my son was playing and fiddling with a toy while out of my sight as I was buzy at the cellphone counter. On inspection the box was still intact.he said I should pay for the toy,while continuing to shout at me saying i was an unresposible mother and that I should never set foot again in the store .I asked the lady (tesia)who was helping me for the name of the security guy and she refused to tell me but offered to take me to the manager's office .while waiting for the manager I asked the lady (no name tag) the till next to the managers who the security guy is, she refused to tell me and I then asked her who her name is and she refused to tell me her name.the other lady (wearing a cell c shirt)who works at cellphone counter passed and I asked her too what the name of the security guy was, she refused to tell me too , I then asked for her name and said her name was\ cell c\".the manager came I told her the story so did the security(Richard)she called her supervisor Mr Pine Nemakonde I told him also about the unidentified, manager **** that stuff were wearing nametag"
