Rude!

I opened up an account telephonically and was told I have a maximum of 7 days to go collect my card. I went to the Southgate Edgar’s and I was told they’ve never heard of such and that I should stop believing in ****s. The staff that were working at the tills began laughing. I asked to see the manager and apparently was unavailable. I eventually got my card but after being made a joke. Absolutely furious
