rude call consultants
i received a call from egars offering me legal assistance, witch i could add onto my account , i POLITELY told the lady i was not interested , as i have my edgards account purely to build up my credit history, she then proceeded to tell me i need to speak to her politely because she was speaking to me in a polite manner, i was absolutely shocked by this, as it is my RIGHT to say i am not interested, if i am not interested i do not need to continue the phone call! unfortunately i did not get the ladies name. but next time i receive a call from edgars i will be sure to write every detail of the person calling me down. <br> <br> very unnecessary how she spoke to me seeing as the interest on my account pays her salary.
