Rude and Unprofessional Manager

I bought a mascara from Estee Lauder Counter a week ago. I went back to this ladies and who is very professional and helpful sent me to customer service as I did not have the slip or the box. I waited 15-20 minutes for someone to help me. Eventually someone came from the back and I explained to her the story and that I am returning this mascara because is dry and I was given a new one. Of she went and another 10 minutes passed. I went to the office and inside was two ladies. I said excuse me where can I find the complaint box? She told me very rudely that she is the \Branch Manager"and I must give it to her. By this time she is still not getting up from her chair and I said no I want the real branch manager and she is now becoming threatening and I threw the slip at her. I told her to f...off. Now for the first time she is getting up from her ass and followed me to the front desk. She told the lady not to help me because I sworn at her and chased me away. I agree I was irritable for wasting my time on returning a very expensive mascara. But went you go to customer service they cannot pick up on the computer what you bought a week ago. Shocking!! """
