Rude and obnoxious counter staff

Understand now why Edgars is on its knees... was at Edgars in Blue route mall. Looking at the fragrances to buy for my teenage son. I pulled a cap off one of the fragrances to snell before purchase. The "lady" working at the fragrance counter, walks over to sternly reprimand me, that I may not lift the cap off a fragrance if it does not say tester... well, NOTHING on the shelf says "tester" when I ask her, how can I tell what the fragrance smells like before I purchase... she continues to chastise me with if there is no tester, then there is no tester, basically, buy it without smelling it. In other words, buy it. Then smell it, and if you don't like it, tough **** for you. This happened around 10.20am Saturday the 17th August. How far the mighty Edgars has fallen. So sad.
