Rude and no knowladge

I app**** for a new account on friday night ,the lady who assisted me did not ask me for any bankstatements ,toda I visited the branch to followup and claudette said the 50% first purchase promo already ended and I won't qualify , she took my bankstatement and confirmed with her superior who had an attitude and told her to decline my application. What **** service is this you guys are still advertising the 50% promo and as a absa staff member I will be raising this up aswell
