Rude and inept staff member, poor service overall
I had app**** to open an account at Bedford centre about a week ago. I arrived at the branch to finalise the process, and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Ayanda, who works within the accounts department. He was hostile, unwelcoming and rude. He was interrogative in his approach, to the point that another woman intervened, to which his response was \am I talking to you?". I cannot emphasize enough how this type of behaviour within a public space is untoward"
