Rude and Bad Service

I went to the store to purchase lingerie. I got all the goodies together. I asked for assistance, then the ladiesunpacking stock in the department called the playtex consultant Magdeline. After waiting for 10 min she arrived shouting at me she has things to do and im wasting her time. I rep**** by saying im a customer and I want assistance with the playtex. She insisted why did they call her im wasting her time and what do I want. I walked away and requested to speak to a manger. The credit manager came insisted she will contact me and resolve the issue. Its been a week and nothing. Im really not suprised by the bad behaviour and false promises by management. Really disgusting but they expect customers to buy at their store.
